Vouchers can be purchased by contacting Jo. You will be sent a digital invoice by email that can be paid by credit card. Once purchase has been made, the voucher(s) will be sent either to you or the voucher holder by email.
If you would prefer for a paper version of the voucher to be sent, please let Jo know at the time of booking as there will be an additional £2.50 charge per voucher.
Voucher holders for Pop Up Pottery Workshops or Pop Up Painting Workshops will have the opportunity to book their session(s) online at www.breakfortheborder.co.uk. Workshops will pop up periodically with options for midweek, weekend and evening sessions. Recipients of vouchers automatically accept the studio terms and conditions.
There will be no refunds on Pottery Painting Vouchers. If a person chooses to paint something at a lower value than the voucher, they will have the opportunity to use the remaining amount towards booking another session. A few smaller items for decoration will be available in the studio so they can add on additional pieces to make up their voucher amount.
Vouchers for Begginers Wheel Throwing or Make & Decorate a Pinch Pot should contact Jo directly to book in a suitable time for their sessions at breakfortheborder@gmail.com. Beginners Wheel Throwing is one-to-one only. Make and Decorate a Pinch Pot Vouchers can be bought for between 1 and 10 people to attend at the same. There will be no refunds for individuals who cannot attend the group session as it will be expected that the date and time will have been agreed in advance. If the whole group wishes to re-book, please speak directly to Jo.
Vouchers cannot be refunded. Voucher holders will be able to book alternative dates if they cannot attend a workshop they have booked. They must give a minimum of 24 hours notice if they wish to cancel their booking, otherwise they forefit their workshop - unless their slot can be filled from the waiting list.
If you think you will not be able to use your voucher within a year and would like to pass it on to someone you know, please contact Jo directly at breakfortheborder100@gmail.com to discuss.
It is the Voucher holders responsibility to get in touch with Breakfortheborder Studio to book in their workshop. Jo cannot guarantee workshops on any given date or time other than those listed online on this website. Jo will do her best to accommodate the voucher holders wishes for a suitable date. Vouchers not claimed within one year of issue will be deemed void.
Breakfortheborder Studio reserves the right to cancel any workshop at any time. Othe than as result of injury/illness or any other urgent issues, Jo will aim to give as much notice as possible of any cancellations. Voucher holders will be given the opportunity to rebook their workshop.
Breakfortheborder Studio is located on the site of holiday cottages. It is expected that all voucher holders attending a workshop conduct themselves in a polite and respectful manner when on site. Consideration should be given to the level of noise in and around the cottages, particularly at evening workshops.
Jo works hard to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. If you have any issues, please raise them as early as possible so that Jo has the opporutnity to remedy them.
